Delivery and returns
Please note we are currently experiencing extended delivery times with Voyage.
Some products are ordered from manufacturers after you have placed your order, this means delivery can take a bit longer on these items.
Normally dispatch takes 2-7 working days and an additional 3 working days to get to you depending on the courier. However in some cases delivery can take anything from a few days extra to weeks or even longer. We will always contact you to let you know if your order has an exceptionally long lead time, however if you are in a rush or want to check availability please get in touch before placing your order.
Please note that the nature of the industry means that occasionally lead times are adjusted after ordering. We will update you in these circumstances.
We use different couriers depending on the parcel. Usually orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or Tuffnells but we may use alternative couriers to suit your particular order. Please provide us with a phone number at checkout in case our courier needs to contact you.
Under no circumstances are delivery dates/times 100% GUARANTEED, this isn’t possible as circumstances are out of our control.
We aim to dispatch samples within a week but this service is operated at less than cost price and delays are unavoidable due to the volume of requests. If your sample hasn’t arrived within a week let us know.
Please note samples sometimes arrive in multiple deliveries.
Some products or delivery addresses attract surcharges. Particularly delicate fabrics such as velvets and PVC coated wipeable tablecloth. Curtain poles, tracks, and other bulky items also have increased delivery costs.

Cancellation before delivery
If you have placed an order and change your mind please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately orders are processed in accordance with our terms and conditions and it isn’t always possible to cancel an order.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your goods to change your mind and return them to us for a full refund. This does not apply to fabric or anything we have cut or altered or otherwise customised for you as these are exempt from return. Please inform us if you wish to do return an order.
Faulty or Missing Goods
If your order is faulty or missing parts please contact us within two days of your order being delivered. Please note that faulty fabrics or incorrect lengths cannot be returned once cut or processed in any way. You must check fabric quantities and qualities before processing them.
